The 2022 Australian Cotton Conference will be hosted by Cotton Australia and the Australian Cotton Shippers Association.

To be held in person on Queensland’s Gold Coast from August 16-18, the programme will centre around the theme “Here for Good”, exploring cutting edge cotton science, contributions to the economy and regional communities and resilience in the face of many recent challenges, the organisers said.

Conference programme coordinator Guy Roth has been working tirelessly to bring to the audience a programme packed with interesting and challenging topics for all sectors of the supply chain. Farmers will share practical know-how, scientists will share their latest research, merchants will provide insights on the global market and will hear from over 100 experts and thought leaders in their fields.

The committee is determined to produce a COVID-safe conference where there’s ‘something for everyone’, new delegates feel comfortable, families and the next generation are welcome and where the cost effective registration investment is well worthwhile.
