India recorded 15,906 new cases of Covid-19 and 561 deaths due to the disease in 24 hours, said the health ministry on Sunday, marking an almost 3 per cent decline in daily infections from Saturday.
The country has more than 34 million Covid-19 cases and 454,269 people have died of the disease, said the ministry.
