India’s Vardhman Textiles’ net profit at ₹313.35 cr for Q1 FY23

Vardhman Textiles Limited, the leading Indian textile conglomerate with headquarters in Ludhiana, Punjab and multiple manufacturing units across three states, has reported net profit of ₹313.35 crore for the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal 2022-23 (FY23) as against ₹300.92 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous year 2021-22, recording an increase of 4.13 per cent, on standalone basis.

The top line of the company is ₹2,731.01 crore which is higher by 44.25 per cent over the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. The EBIDTA margin for Q1 FY23 stands at 19.36 per cent as against 26.55 per cent during the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a media release.

The net profit of the company for Q1 FY23, on consolidated basis, is ₹332.55 crore as compared to ₹316.94 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, an increase of 4.93 per cent. The top line of the company, on consolidated basis, is ₹2,811.83 crore for Q1 which is higher by 45.92 per cent over corresponding quarter of previous year.
