Dara Pauker joins US’ Destination XL Group as chief operating officer

American company Destination XL (DXL) Group, a leading integrated commerce retailer of men’s big and tall clothing and shoes, has appointed Dara Pauker as the chief operating officer of the organisation. The company’s chief stores officer, chief merchandising officer, senior vice president (SVP) global sourcing, and SVP technology will report to Pauker.

Pauker, who has over 20 years of strategy and leadership experience, has been working with DXL on a long-range strategic growth plan as a consultant since December 2021, the company said in a press release.

Prior to joining DXL, Pauker operated her own consultancy, through which she has held many interim general manager (GM) roles and advised public and private retail companies and investors in retail on a broad array of topics related to defining and executing growth strategy.
